These Terms apply to your use of the Rosy mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the terms below.

Use of the App

You may use Rosy for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or misuse any part of the app.

Your Data

All routines and content you create are stored locally on your device.

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple’s CloudKit services.

You are responsible for managing and backing up your data using the app’s manual backup feature.

No Warranties

Rosy is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Loss of data
• Sync issues or iCloud-related issues
• Device or operating system issues

Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of the app

Updates & Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app at any time without notice.

External Links

The app may include links to external websites (such as support pages or the App Store). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
